Speechless by the amount of detail and effort that was put into this cake. She worked closely with me to make sure we got the cake exactly how we wanted it to be! Sorcha made a fluffy kitty cake for my daughter’s 2nd bday! It was chocolate cake with white chocolate ganache filling. It was delicious & adorable! We had a huge gathering of family and friends and half the crowd left with “Cascadia kitchen” noted in their phones for their future cake inquires!

Our wedding cake was amazing! It was everything I asked for. Sorcha made us a 3-tired wedding cake for 150 people. White with a un-repeated mountain scene on the middle tier with the two shades of green that matched our wedding colors. The cupcakes we added additionally were beautiful and delicious. Thankfully we were able to save the top tier, but most of the bottom & middle tiers and all the cupcakes were completely gone by the end of the night. We would hire her again, and will recommend her to anyone who needs a beautiful cake for a special day!
Sorcha was able to make this k-pop demon hunters themed cake with only 4 days notice! She made my daughters birthday super special and I am so grateful for her, the cake was beautiful and delicious!
